Alfeed hereinafter informs website users about its policy regarding the treatment and protection of personal data of users and clients that may be collected by browsing or contracting services through its website. Alfeed processes the information provided through this website for the following purposes:

Resolve any questions and comments raised through the contact information (email/phone) that appears on the website regarding our products and services.
Under no circumstances will Alfeed process personal data for purposes other than those indicated above.

How long will personal data be kept?

The personal data provided will be kept as long as the relationship with Alfeed is maintained, or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations.

Subsequently, the data will be deleted in accordance with the provisions of the regulations on data protection, which implies its blocking, being available only at the request of Judges and Courts, the Ombudsman, the Public Prosecutor’s Office or the competent Public Administrations during the limitation period for actions that could arise and, after this time, they will be completely eliminated.

How has personal data been obtained and what categories of data are processed?

The personal data processed by Alfeed come from the interested party themselves, at the time they communicate with us through our contact information.

The category of data that is processed in communications through our contact information is:

Identification data: Name, Telephone, Email.
However, as it is a communication channel, the interested party may include other types of personal data in their message when providing their opinion and making questions or comments.

What is the legitimacy to use your data?

The legitimizing basis for the processing of personal data is that the processing is necessary for the fulfillment of a mission carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public powers conferred on the person responsible for the processing. (art. 6.1.e GDPR).

To which recipients will the data be communicated?

Personal data will not be transferred to any third party, however, your data may be transferred to public organizations and authorities (administrative or judicial) in those cases in which a legal norm establishes it.

Personal data will not be sent outside the scope of the European Economic Area, so no international data transfer will occur.

Can you file a claim with the AEPD?

The interested parties will also have the right to effective judicial protection and to file a claim with the supervisory authority, in this case, the Spanish Data Protection Agency, if they consider that the processing of personal data that concerns them infringes the Regulation.
